10. Right to Seek Legal Remedy:
In case of a violation of consumer rights, the client may seek legal action against the Website Operator. The court will handle the case on an expedited basis.

11. Consumer Protection Authority and the Hungarian Competition Authority Procedures:
The consumer protection authority will handle violations of the prohibition of unfair commercial practices.

If the unfair commercial practice significantly affects economic competition, the Hungarian Competition Authority will handle the case.
