Life coaching is goal-oriented support: it helps clarify your goals, define next steps, and grow in different areas of your life.

No. You can also reach out if you are a family member or otherwise affected, or if you simply feel stuck and need spiritual support or guidance.
Sessions usually take place online (e.g. via Teams or Google Meet), so you can connect from anywhere. One session lasts about 50 minutes, and during the first meeting we explore your situation, your goals, and possible next steps.
This is entirely individual. Some people find their way forward after just a few sessions, while others need longer-term support. There is no fixed timeframe—we shape the process together based on what suits you best.
Transparency is important to me. That’s why pricing is always clear and discussed in advance, so the focus can truly remain on what you come for.
As a virtual assistant, I help with administration, time management, communication, and organization—especially for clients working in ministry or business who want relief from background tasks.
